Taylor Swift wins Grammy for album of the year

<div><p>LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Country-pop star Taylor Swift won the Grammy for album of the year on Sunday for "Fearless," the best-selling release of 2009.</p><p>She beat nominees Beyonce, the Black Eyed Peas, Lady Gaga, and the Dave Matthews Band for the ceremony's top prize.</p><p>Swift, who picked up eight nominations overall -- second only to Beyonce's 10 -- ended up with four prizes.</p><p>(Reporting by Dean Goodman; Editing by Cynthia Osterman)</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=68251140&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
